WHAT CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED IN A VIP DESIGN DAY?
It’s important to note that you're investing in 6 hours of my undivided attention and expertise, not a set list of deliverables. While I can't guarantee specific outcomes, we can tackle projects like creating a new webpage, updating your design, boosting your SEO, crafting a lead magnet, or making other marketing materials.
HOW AVAILABLE DO YOU NEED ME TO BE?
Pretty much “on-call” all day. Depending on how you communicate best, we might correspond using email, text, phone calls, video calls, or Marco Polo (my fav). Regardless, though, it’s important for the success of the day that you are available and ready to go. I highly suggest clearing your schedule of meetings and having your smartphone on hand.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE WE BEGIN?
You’ll complete a priority list plus some questionnaires (if applicable), a Pinterest board and gather/upload any brand elements you might have. I recommend booking at least a week or two in advance to give yourself time to prepare so we can dive right into the fun stuff and make the most of our collaboration!
DO YOU PROVIDE COPYWRITING?
Depending on the project, I can provide copywriting prompts to help you write all the necessary details. Once you've completed the document, I’ll help to edit and polish your words. If you’d like to collaborate with a professional copywriter, mention this to me during our initial discovery call, and I’ll refer you to some of my fav industry colleagues.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME AFTER OUR VIP DESIGN DAY?
During our discovery call, I’ll be able to give you a rough estimate of how long your project will likely take. While I'm known for working quickly and efficiently, some projects may require more time than we have in a single day. If this happens, you have the option to book another mini or full VIP day to complete the project.
